Real Post

Okay, so it's been a while since I made a real post. This one'll probably suck, but it'll be a real, non-meme post. What's new here? Well, (that's a deep subject), it's getting hotter here. It was reasonably comfortable for a short while, but that's gone now and we're ramping up to the insanely hot season (which coincides with hurricane season - yay!) Hopefully, the evenings will continue to be reasonable for a while, so we can hang out on our new and improved balcony. Susan has put in many plants, a fine grill, and now a pair of comfy chairs (with little ottomans!) So it's getting more and more homey all the time. The garden will probably produce some chives, basil, and other herbs for me to cook with.

We're planning another trip to Disney World! Susan's parents will be coming down to go to Disney World in a couple months, so we're planning meals and events and things now. (For Susan and I, a lot of the fun is in the planning.) And we're considering a trip to Vegas within the next year (I have Vegas withdrawal so bad right now!)

Elsewise, things here are just truckin' along. Oh, be sure to eat a cottage cheese and pastrami on banana bread sandwich tomorrow!
